Shipping policy

1. 発送までの日数：
作品の種類により発送時期が異なります。
陶芸作品： ご注文確定後、1週間以内に発送いたします。
額装作品： ご注文後に額装作業を行うため、発送まで4〜5週間ほどお時間をいただきます。 ※複数の作品を同時にご購入いただいた場合は、すべての作品が揃い次第、まとめて発送（同梱）いたします。個別発送をご希望の場合は、別途追加送料が発生いたしますのでお問い合わせください。

2. 配送方法と送料：
日本国内： ヤマト運輸を利用し、全国一律 1,500円（税込）となります。
海外配送： 日本郵便（EMS）を利用します。
発送後、通常 3日〜10日程度 で到着しますが、通関手続き等により前後する場合がございます。
送料は配送地域と合計重量に基づき、チェックアウト画面で自動計算されます。

3. 関税について（海外配送の場合）：
到着時に発生する関税や輸入税は、すべてお客様のご負担となります。あらかじめご了承ください。

4. 梱包について：
繊細な陶芸作品や額装作品を安全にお届けするため、専用の緩衝材を使用し、細心の注意を払って梱包いたします。

 

Shipping Policy

1. Handling Time:
Preparation periods vary depending on the type of artwork:
Ceramic Works: Shipped within 1 week after order confirmation.
Framed Works: As each piece is professionally framed after the order is placed, please allow 4 to 5 weeks for processing before shipping. Note: If your order includes multiple items, they will be shipped together once all pieces are ready. If you prefer separate shipments, additional shipping fees will apply.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates:
Domestic (Japan): Shipped via Yamato Transport at a flat rate of ¥1,500.
International:Shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

3. Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. Safe Packaging:
We use high-quality cushioning materials to ensure that both delicate ceramics and framed works arrive safely at your door.
